1 Zwiebel
250 g Gehacktes
500 g Kartoffeln
1 Ei
Salz, Pfeffer und Kümmel

Den Kohl vierteln, die Strünke entfernen und in feine Streifen schneiden. Zwiebel würfeln und in etwas Öl andünsten bis sie glasig sind, dann den Kohl dazugeben und ein wenig schmoren lassen. Kartoffeln schälen und würfeln, dazu geben, mit Salz, Pfeffer und Kümmel würzen und mit Wasser bedecken. Gut 40 Minuten schmoren lassen.
Das Gehackte mit dem Ei vermengen, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen und aus der Masse kleine Frikadellen formen. Die Hälfte von dem Kartoffel-Weißkohl-Eintopf zur Seite nehmen, die Frikadellchen auf die andere Hälfte setzten und mit dem Rest bedecken. Nochmals 20 Minuten auf kleiner Flamme köcheln lassen.
