Hähnchen über Nacht auftauen. Dann abwaschen und mit Küchenpapier Innen und Aussen abtupfen. Eine Paste aus Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Paprika, Chayennepfeffer, Curry und scharfem Ketschup verrühren. Hähnchen Innen und Aussen mit der Paste einstreichen und in den Ofen schieben. Bei Stufe 4 gut eine Stunde vor sich hin brutzeln lassen.

Dann aus dem Ofen nehmen, aufschneiden und auf einer Platte anrichten. Dazu passt am Besten Reis und Salat.
